Enjoy a musical experience with the Municipal Symphony Band of Madrid

As part of its participation in this edition of the Veranos de la Villa Festival - it will perform Circus Maximus on 23 July in the Central Courtyard of the Condeduque Centre for Contemporary Culture - the Municipal Symphony Band of Madrid will hold a workshop for students between the ages of 10 and 16, who play the following instruments: woodwind, brass, percussion, cello and double bass.

Over the course of two days, participants will be able to experience what it’s like to be a musician in the BSSM, to rehearse with its members, meet professional musicians who play the same instruments as they do, and see how a professional musical band really works. They will also be conducted by Jan Cober, Maestro of the Municipal Symphony Band of Madrid.

The Municipal Symphony Band of Madrid is a professional musical ensemble made up of 80 teachers specialising in percussion, brass, woodwind and strings.
