Luísa Sobral + Maria Reis

Recognised as one of the most outstanding voices of the new generation of Portuguese artists, Luísa Sobral has left an indelible mark on the scene during her decade-long career. In addition to her musical abilities, she is also known for her work as a composer and has collaborated with such renowned artists as Ana Moura, her brother Salvador Sobral (who performed at the Veranos de la Villa Festival in 2021 and for whom she wrote the song Amar pelos dois, winner of the 2017 Eurovision Song Contest), and the Italian singer Tosca.

From the day she released her debut album, The Cherry On My Cake, to her fourth eponymous album, Luísa, produced by none other than Joe Henry, the artist has captivated audiences with her unique blend of talent and daring collaborations. On her latest album, DanSando, she explores the territory of solar pop, offering an intimate, personal and socially committed work. Endorsed by an outstanding international career that includes performances at festivals such as SXSW in Austin, the artist has built up a loyal fan base in more than 15 countries, fans who will now be able to enjoy her live in concert in the Central Courtyard of the Condeduque Cultural Centre.
