The Antonio Gades Foundation and Antonio Gades Company
To mark the 50th anniversary of the première of Bodas de sangre, the Antonio Gades Foundation and the Antonio Gades Company are organising two master classes as part of the Veranos de la Villa festival programme in which the participants will be able to explore this ballet, its style, composition and dramaturgy in greater depth, thereby gaining an understanding of this universal repertoire.
Conducted by dancers and teachers of the Company, the aim of these masterclasses is to allow everyone to understand Antonio Gades' style, movements and choreography. The gesture and the depth of the characters are the hallmark of this choreographic work. The participants will be able to enjoy and understand the reasons behind the dance steps and the structure of the work.

13 July. Masterclass aimed at people with a background in dance (especially Spanish dance and/or flamenco) aged 16 and over.
14 July. Masterclass aimed at families with children aged 7 and over.
Duration: Both workshops last an hour and a half from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Registration from June 16 to July 2 Notice to participants: Between July 3 and 7, the first 25 registered in the workshops will be called to confirm their place. Each form is related to a single participant, a single ID will give access to a single person. In the case of minors under 18 years of age, they will need the express authorization of the father / mother or guardian to attend the activity. In the family workshops, entry will be limited to one adult for each minor, it will be necessary to fill out two forms: one for the adult and another for the minor.
